About VIBE Vet

VIBE Vet (Veterinary Industry Board for Empowerment) is a national nonprofit organization committed to transforming veterinary medicine through inclusive governance, equitable advocacy, and professional elevation for every role on the veterinary team. Founded by a coalition of credentialed veterinary technicians, assistants, practice managers, students, educators, and veterinarians, VIBE Vet was created to fill long-standing gaps in representation, credentialing, and legislative empowerment across the field. We believe every member of the veterinary team deserves a real voice—not just a token seat at the table, but true influence over the systems that shape our professional lives. Our mission is to build a profession worth staying in. That starts with dismantling the hierarchical silos that stifle innovation, burnout prevention, mental health, and retention. VIBE Vet centers real stories and frontline insight to drive bold reforms in scope of practice, licensing, education pathways, and workplace sustainability.
