Our average project typically follows this format: 1) Contact our office, either via phone or by completing our websites contact form, to highlight your project situation and goals. 2) We will review the information and provide you with a quote estimate for your project. 3) Upon receiving your approval to proceed, we arrange a date & time to perform a site inspection at your convenience to review site conditions and discuss preliminary project details with yourself as to what to expect is required to achieve your goals. 4) Our firm will then prepare and provide you with a set of plans as well as all of the necessary forms required for you to apply for a building permit. 5) Upon receiving the approved building permit, you will be fully prepared to reach out to local contractors for construction quotes, and you will have everything required for the chosen contractor to perform the work. 6) As necessary / requested, our firm will be able to provide site inspections (such as a final inspection) to ensure construction is as required.
