About Virginia-Highland Civic Association

The purpose of the Association is to promote and further the common good, general welfare and interests of all residents of the Virginia-Highland neighborhood. Virginia-Highland is bounded by Ponce de Leon Avenue on the South, Briarcliff Road on the East, Amsterdam Avenue on the North and the Atlanta BeltLine on the West. All residents and businesses within those boundaries are members of the association. The Virginia-Highland Civic Association (VHCA) is managed by a board of eleven volunteer directors elected annually by the members of the association.
