Firm Overview Voce Capital Management LLC (“Voce” or the “Firm”) is a 100% employee-owned hedge fund manager headquartered in San Francisco’s financial district. The Firm is the sponsor of a group of institutional, long-short equity funds (the “Funds”). Voce is a value-oriented investor that bases its investment decisions upon extensive fundamental, proprietary research. Voce manages a concentrated portfolio and invests with a multi-year time horizon. It also selectively uses public activism to enhance its returns and has repeatedly generated significant outcomes using this approach, including the sale of multiple portfolio companies, large returns of capital, substantial changes to corporate strategies and corporate governance reforms. The Funds have posted positive performance every year since inception (eight years), compounding returns in double digits, and the Firm is experiencing rapid growth.
