WCCP Ltd. is a provider of Contract and Consultancy services to Laboratories and Life Science Companies. Our typical contract services client has periodic or sustained work overloads for which they cannot justify additional headcount and which cannot be managed within their existing headcount. WCCP provide these clients with expert resources available when they need them. Using this proven innovative model we have created a flexible and cost effective solution to our clients resource needs. Deploying a WCCP contract resource allows a clients core resources to focus on priority day to day operational activities and critical project work. The WCCP resource can then focus on activities which would otherwise be "left on the long finger", e.g. commissioning of new equipment, writing of protocols/reports etc., WCCP provide Operational Consultancy services to Laboratories in the areas of Data Integrity, GMP Compliance, Problem Solving etc. Typical consultancy projects completed by WCCP include: Data Integrity assessments of Laboratory Instruments and processes Compliance of Instrument Qualification to cGMP's Advising Analytical Method Validation, Transfer teams. WCCP was founded by Tom Walsh in 2017, Tom has 20 years experience working in management positions in Quality Control and Life Science Laboratories. During his 20 years Tom has gained experience with multiple dosage formats from solid dose, through inhalations to semi-solids, and has experience in the typical laboratory test streams, Packaging Materials, Raw Materials, In-Process, Finished Product, Stability and Analytical Services. Tom is recognised as a Laboratory Systems subject matter expert by his peers.
