WCW which comprises of two entities: namely WCW Quantity Surveying Consultant Sdn Bhd and WCW Academy Sdn Bhd. WCW Quantity Surveying Consultant Sdn Bhd (formerly known as WCW Consulting Sdn Bhd) is a consulting quantity surveying practice registered with BQSM (Malaysia) and a construction consultancy regulated by RICS (UK) which provides construction commercial and contract management, claims and dispute resolutions, quantity surveying, project management advisory, consulting, training and seminars services to Malaysian construction, engineering and property development industries. WCW Academy Sdn Bhd is a registered HRD Corp training provider and CIDB – PLCCD to facilitate training and seminars. The trainers of the WCW Academy have extensive experience in the construction and training sectors and frequently conducts trainings related to construction contract administration, claims, etc. for major organisations in Malaysia and overseas. WCW’s Directors and the team with total over twenty five years of professional construction industry experience in a wide diversity of construction projects in Malaysia, Middle Eastern countries and Vietnam, in particular major infrastructure and commercial property development projects such as F1 Racing Circuit Facilities, large commercial shopping malls, public infrastructure (LRT), and some overseas' tenders and market research assignments and etc. Further, in recent years the team are also actively involved in providing advisory on claims and dispute resolution aspects especially acting as party representation on construction statutory adjudication matters (CIPAA) for non payment issues. WCW's client portfolio comprise a broad range of companies and organisations that have a stake in the successful outcome of construction and engineering projects in Malaysia. They include property developers, general and specialist contractors and etc.
