About Wellmeing

Wellmeing is a verb - it's all about taking control of your wellbeing. We help High Schools adn PRU's do this with their pupils by providing: 1. a fun, child centric online accredited course with accredited certificate upon completion. 2. an activity booklet so they have a take away from the project We meet with you, give you access to our 6 x 3 minute animations with accredited activity booklets - and you work with your individual pupils who may need a wellbeing reset around their emotional health, their physical health (that could be a reset around their sleeping patterns) and their social health (which may include finding a hobby to raise self esteem). Wellmeing is based on psychological research and the definition of wellbeing and is run by teachers and wellbeing researchers. The primary project called Headssup has recently been commissioned by the NHS in Lancashire - Wellmeing has all the same principles as Headssup.
