Although based in Benoni, Gauteng, we service clients within a 50km radius as well as working remotely which is preferred by most clients. Core business is accounting, payroll & administration services and solutions. We are registered with the South African Institute of Tax (SAIT). With over 20 years’ experience in the accounting field, we are able to offer our clients affordable services in accounting, payroll and administration. ACCOUNTING For the accounting function, Sage Pastel 50Cloud (desktop version) is used. We are able to perform certain functions of bookkeeping as required by the client, or the full accounting function up to balance sheet level, where the recorded accounting information is ready for the auditors/accountants to finalise the Annual Financial statements. PAYROLL - We can process your weekly and monthly payroll on Sage VIP Payroll; produce required reports such as the EMP201 monthly, and submit EMP501 to SARS bi-annually. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION - Assistance is offered with office administration, and with implementation and restructuring of procedures for the administration office to run more smoothly and efficiently.
