Widerproperty was a start-up starting activity in 2014, with a value proposition focused on the new real estate management paradigm that was then presented as a market need. The transversal scope in real estate management was, from the beginning, a strategic objective, already realized, capitalizing the experience of the management team that founded the company and met at Amorim Imobiliária. The professional opportunity to intervene in the management of a very large real estate portfolio, with vertical integration of the whole process of real estate operations, from land purchase to construction and income management, added the necessary skills so that Widerproperty could promise to manage real estate with the sense of owner responsibility. Sustained growth since its inception has enabled the autonomy of each of its business areas, from shopping centers to business, residential and tourist developments, investment management, and property management with an integrated real estate servicing vision. In 2017, PREA – Portuguese Real Estate was acquired, leading to a significant increase in assets under management, as well as growth of the team and management centers distributed throughout the country, currently totalling 17, which allow national coverage for clients with portfolios not geographically centralized. Driven by its ambition to improve every day and meet its clients’ expectations, Widerproperty offers standard services in accordance with the best practices in the market, but identifies itself with tailor made, supported by proximity management and commitment to the goals and results.
