Mr. Williams is a licensed Professional Geologist who began his career with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) where he performed forensic analysis of aggregate, cement, and hardened concrete before moving into the private industry for more than 20 years. He has served in management roles with TXI, Martin Marietta and Arcosa Materials overseeing 100’s of mineral investigation campaigns ranging from single property sand and gravel projects to green field cement plant development to half billion-dollar corporate acquisitions across the United States in varying geological environments. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
