By taking a “hands-on” approach from the very beginning with both the client and every candidate we source, we can determine if each candidate meets three specific criteria simultaneously. Prior to any. submittal, they must meet our “Golden Rule” standards which states that each candidate must possess at least 90% of the skills that the client needs, they must be willing to accept an offer within the salary range the client provides and they must be motivated by something other than money.
