The company is a family run business founded in March 2000 focused on delivering a quality service at a competitive price. We specialise in self-drive plant hire and also offer an extensive range of professional tools for hire and sale. Since formation the business has not only developed into a successful and well respected plant equipment hire company, but we have also expanded and are now offering a comprehensive range of support services that enables us to deliver exceptional diversity and value. We run a modern large fleet of plant and tool equipment which is wholly maintained by us. We specialise in both Heavy and Light Plant hire, Tool Hire, Portable Site Accommodation and general Construction Equipment Hire. Our modern fleet comprises of reputable manufacturers, including Doosan, Hitachi, Takeuchi, Thwaites, Bomag. Witney Plant Hire Ltd continually invests in the latest haulage equipment, and also owns an extensive fleet of modern vehicles to cater for all the diverse haulage demands of the Plant Hire business. Our versatile fleet of vehicles as well as supporting our Plant Hire Customers are also available for most light and heavy haulage requirements. To further support our Customers we have now acquired two SCANIA Crane Lorries, including a 32 Tonne Meter and 85 Tonne Meter. These lorries are managed by trained specialist drivers and are suitable for general lifting, for even the most compact of site locations as well as suitable for heavy and specialist lifts. We also operate a fleet of four modern 8-wheeled Tipper Lorries and provide a comprehensive Tipper Service. Our highly trained drivers are EPIC trained and experienced in construction waste removal as well as the haulage of general aggregates.
