About Xccelerated | Part of Xebia
At Xccelerated we accelerate competence of companies and young professionals with 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the fields of Data & AI. Our 13-month programs combine an advanced training program with working at one of our partner organizations like Heineken, KLM, ASML, Vattenfall, Randstad Group, Ahold and FedEx for example. Don’t expect a typical traineeship or high-potential program in which we cover the basics, but an intense journey for people who have proven their potential and are ready for the next step in their career. Each program - Machine Learning Engineering (MLOps), Data Engineering, Azure Cloud Development and AWS Cloud Engineering - begins with a two weeks bootcamp training to prepare everybody for the first day at their future-employer. From that moment, they work four days a week at the location of the company involved and one day a week at the Xccelerated office - where they receive ongoing coaching and project support from our (technical) leads. At the end of each program, they'll have what it takes to join our partner organizations directly, without any strings attached - offering a long-term solution to eliminate the shortage of highly skilled Data & AI professionals. The Xccelerated training programs form an integral part for everyone joining Xccelerated — and are also available externally for current team members of other companies. Public, in-company or remote.
