The founder: Founded by artist Delilah Benitez, Yayasphere was created with the intention of bringing her many passions under one umbrella. Benitez intends to bridge the gap between her artistry, nature, and the world of commerce, a platform that will create a beautiful iridescent culture. Behind the name: Yaya, a cosmogony in Taino Indian Mythology, is known as the Creator of all things, the Great Creator. Yaya is seen as a relationship between two worlds, the seen and the unseen, and symbolizes the relationship between the village and the stars, or the village and the ancestors. We believe life is an expression of art and health is wealth. Our mission is to open a lens that will help people see the world through our original style. Accessories and herbs are a tangible expression of something much greater that we are creating.
