About YEP Global Ministries

Underserved communities lack the resources and education to excel in the competitive job market and career industries. As a result of the disadvantages faced by minorities and disproportion caused by inequality in society, the rich and the elite continue to remain rich, and the poor stay poor as it is nearly impossible to break societal codes and sociological boundaries and elevate toward higher education without faith and support from the community support. Young Evolving Professionals (YEP Global) hopes to be that community that helps bridge the societal gaps and disproportion experienced by minorities in the US, Caribbean, Africa, UK, and around the world. Our goal is to first and foremost introduce members of the organization to Jesus Christ through bi-weekly bible studies and then, subsequently, share resources and educate members on the path to achieve their God-given purpose. We wish to complete the latter part of our goals by hosting professional mixers, business education workshops, career-building workshops, financial education workshops, and leadership workshops. Additionally, we hope to provide tutoring for educational subjects in which our mentors are subject-matter experts. Vision Statement - Preparing young professionals to lead by example with courage, faith, and good morals in this ever-changing world and to provide a safe community and resources to help each member achieve their full potential. Mission Statement: To equip aspiring minority/disadvantaged young professionals with the essential leadership skills and qualities to succeed in the ever-changing job market and competitive career industries through biblical principles, evidence based research, education, and professional development.
