About You're Next Career Network

More than a decade ago, we sought to better connect employers with engineering and IT students at the University of Toronto by hosting a career fair. Today, we are UofT’s largest student-run career network, with events targeting the entire recruitment process across different functions in a variety of industries. Our career fairs have grown to attract over 3,000 students on an annual basis. In addition to our biannual career fairs, we host a number of company events and a variety professional development workshops to help students build their professional toolkit. For the 2024-2025 school year, we will be delivering our content in-person to reach more students across multiple disciplines and employers from diverse industries. We've helped hundreds of companies better achieve their recruitment goals, and helped thousands of students find the path to their dream jobs. Will you be next?
