We are a firm that is owned and operated by Certified Restoration Professionals, and not just people trained in estimating software. We guarantee 24-48 hour turnaround on your estimate, and offer fair, up front, flat rate hourly pricing to ensure your company has an accurate estimate at a competitive and reasonable price. Our Mission at Your Estimator is simple: Complete fair and profitable estimates, in a short amount of time, at an affordable price. We offer on site and remote estimating, commercial and residential. Our estimating services include: Fire, Water, Mold, Lead, Asbestos, Bio/Trauma, Sewage, Odor, Contents, Roofing, Exterior, Reconstruction, Remodeling, and Re-Writes. Your Estimator will prepare all estimates with your company letterhead and information. Never will your customer be informed that a third party estimator was utilized, unless you opt to do so. We will also wear your company logo or uniforms during on site estimating, if requested. If not, we will always wear professional non-logo uniforms and vehicles. At Your Estimator, we know that there are many outstanding restoration companies out there that need a great estimate in a short amount of time. Some frankly are not big enough to employ a full time estimator yet, while others simply do not enjoy the paperwork shuffle, and some need additional help during an influx of work such as a large loss or catastrophe response.
