Our name, ZAHRAN, was inspired by the area of Zahran which is one of the oldest in Amman. It combines modernity and originality in great sophistication. The essence of this area comes from its diversity as it has a large number of governmental and non-governmental organizations, residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, embassies, cultural centers and schools. Having branches of our company in this area gives us the chance to reach a great variety of clients. The Jordanian real estate market is stable and promising and based on the 2016 statistics conducted by the Department of Land and Survey, the real estate market size was 7 billion and 57 million JD. However, the market lacks expert brokers and there is a gap between property owners and potential buyers.
