BerkshireWorks is a partnership between Berkshire Training & Employment Program and the Massachusetts Division of Career Services, chartered by the Berkshire County Regional Employment Board, Inc. Together, we provide access to a comprehensive system of employment-focused programs and services for businesses, job seekers, workers, and employers. We serve all 32 cities and towns in Berkshire County. For Job Seekers BerkshireWorks assists job seekers to secure gainful employment in today’s competitive job market and offers comprehensive services designed to meet occupational and training goals. We also have an unemployment insurance representative available for walk-in claims on a first come, first serve basis. (Check calendar for available dates and times.) For Employers BerkshireWorks assists employers and businesses by providing access to qualified candidates and keeping you informed about resources to strengthen your business.
