About Change Voyage Consulting

Change Voyage is a boutique consulting firm which specialises in helping companies build their change capabilities. It is founded by two former colleagues who share the same passion for change management and also the philosophy about how good change management should be delivered. We believe that change management should be grounded in research and tailored to the specific context that the change is taking place in. We also believe that a good change management programme must be weaved into all facets of the change, starting from when the solution was being developed and all the way to post-implementation of the change to ensure the intended benefit can be sustained. We are uniquely differentiated in the marketplace because: (1) Breadth and Depth of Experience - We have vast experience managing different types of organisational and individual change in both the private and public sectors, across many industries and geographies. Within each of these engagements, we are responsible to manage a large number of stakeholders from different organisations and with different motivations to support or resist the change. (2) Flexible and Agile - Our organisational setup allows us to be flexible and agile to meet your organisational change needs. We can help you strategise and plan for the entire change management programme or simply implement one component within the programme.
