Creative Cosmetics have become one of the UK's leading contract manufacturers incorporating design, production, filling and assembly of cosmetic and skin care products. Our client list boasts many large High Street stores, specialist retailers, mail order companies, other manufacturers and party plan organisations. Our studio, laboratory, production facilities and warehouse are located in Ipswich, 70 miles north of London. In 2013 Creative Cosmetics gained ISO 22716: 2007 & ISO 9001: 2008 certification. Our expertise is here to help you design and formulate a unique cosmetic range or use our ability to match your current product lines. Our efficiency and flexibility allows us to formulate in small, medium and large volumes allowing our customers the best possible chance to introduce new products or to extend profitability with an existing range. Our production facility offers a complete manufacturing solution from development through to delivery or any stage between. Products are filled in our fully equipped production facility employing a full range of efficient techniques and packaging equipment. Automated packaging lines include bottle, label and carton products in glass and plastic containers, cream and gel production, lipstick molding, nail polish, powder pressings, mascara filling, mineral powders etc. Our quality control process is based on 'Good Manufacturing Practices' and for Creative Cosmetics quality control represents a permanent procedure incorporating specific methods of individual line control according to the company's quality control audits or those agreed with the client. Creative Cosmetics train staff in all aspects of Quality Control to improve performance and promote the company's image to current and potential clients.
