Equiset is a family owned integrated property development, project management and construction company which was established in 1998 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rino and Diana Grollo Group of Companies. Equiset’s focus is creating and delivering property product and places that enhance and improve peoples lives. Equiset is not a developer in the traditional sense, but will seek out strategic and original solutions. Equiset is in the business and has a strong track record in creating better places for people, whether it be a public plaza, office space, residence, retail or any other use. Equiset’s integrated property business offers a single point of contact for project creation, planning, design, construction, management and finance including equity involvement, as such Equiset enables visionary outcomes to be achieved with certainty of delivery. Equiset’s client list is extensive and ranges from private individuals/groups, educational providers to state governments and local councils. Equiset takes a long-term view of all our projects, from the planning and construction phases to long-term ownership in order to form strong and established partnerships. Through critically assessing the resources and infrastructure needed to deliver a project and by exploring partnerships, joint ventures or separate entities, Equiset creates innovative approaches that deliver the right solution.
