One summer's day in 1994, our CEO and co-founder, Jeff Flathau came home from work to find his wife and co-founder, Heather Flathau, making the shortbread cookie that would later become our award-winning Peppermint Snaps (Best of Atlanta, 2005). After 25+ years of business, Flathau's Fine Foods has added 6 new flavors of candied shortbread cookies as well as artisan cheese straws and chocolate candies. Available retail and wholesale, we only provide the best we can for our customers. Catering services are also available for the Greater Hattiesburg Area in South Mississippi. Whether it be a wedding, corporate event, or a school function, you know you'll be eating fine foods when you go with Flathau's! Through our YouTube channel, Jeff Flathau hosts interviews with up-and-coming leaders in the Pine Belt Food & Beverage industry while cooking some of the best dishes you could ever hope to try! In the past, we have supported our local first responders, charity events, and others with our Red Beans and Rice catering fundraisers. This year we have begun teaming up with local organizations to bring awareness to their virtual Profit Share fundraising! As a local business, we enjoy being involved locally.
