We have developed a system we call "Platt360" which we believe gives us a significant advantage over our competition. Our "system" makes us more efficient, improves accuracy and increases speed so we deliver a high quality, accurate product on time and within budget. Our services include: As-Built Architectural Surveys - These are architectural drawings of existing facilities for the purpose of remodeling or refreshing the building. Floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, roof plans & site plans are all parts of the As-Built Architectural Survey package. Fixture Verifications: These are drawings of existing fixtures and equipment in the field. These drawings are completed in real time in CAD with no conversions needed off site. A Fixture Verification package is the only way to ensure all equipment and fixtures are accurate & up to date. Asset Tracking - This provides the ability to quickly and accurately track all building information (square footage, number of locations, fixtures and equipment) in one location. Captured data from the Asset Tracking package helps to understand the life cycle of capital expenses. Sign Re-Branding - This is a critical component of the retail refresh cycle. New signs & logos roll out on a regular basis and without accurate information regarding quantity and size, costly mistakes can be made. Platt360's Sign Re-Branding package will provide everything needed for accurate and cost effective re-branding. ADA Compliance - This surveys focus on specific dimensions & criteria important to the ADA portion of the building code. Platt 360's ADA Compliance packages are customized for each client based on their remodel budget and overall needs. 360 Virtual Tours - These are walk-through 360 degree pictures linked into the existing floor plan.
