Twenty years ago, Natalie H. Rogers, MSW, discovered that visualization and positive thinking, advice, tips, video, therapy and relaxation training could not significantly cure public speaking phobia. And so, Ms. Rogers began designing "Talkpower Workshops", a state of the art technology for training previously phobic professionals to speak fluently in public. Comparable to the systematic training athletes receive when preparing for competitive events, Talkpower Workshops are a mind-body approach for synthesizing neuroscience, behavior modification, acting techniques, speech crafting and leadership skills. These innovative mind/body exercises designed by Ms. Rogers will train your brain and body to have the concentration, focus and control necessary for speaking successfully in front of an audience when people are looking at you. As a result, participants will develop permanent skills for control of their anxiety and rapid heartbeat. Specific symptoms like trembling, thought blocking, stutteringetc. and all of the physical manifestations of public speaking phobia will be significantly reduced or eliminated completely.
