The Hollis Group, LLC was founded by and is owned by Patricia and Ralph Hollis. We provide experienced consulting resources to Sponsors (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device companies), Clinical Research Organizations (CRO), and Research Sites. The following services are provided to Sponsors and CROs: ➡️ Monitoring: Consultants are experienced in numerous therapeutic areas. We provide resourcing for Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials. Consultants are skilled in conducting evaluation, initiation, booster, interim, training, and close-out monitoring visits both onsite and remotely. All consultants maintain professional liability insurance. ➡️ Clinical Trial Management: Consultants are trained in management of the operational aspects of clinical trials and have worked at large CROs. ➡️ General Consulting: Will create or update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Study Plans, templates, and tools. Services provided to Research Sites (Concierge services tailored to your needs): ➡️ Training: Site staff training grounded in the principles of ICH/GCP guidelines, and FDA regulations. Completed onsite or remote in an individual or group setting, and our trainers are available after business hours and on weekends! ➡️ Site Operations: Create or update SOPs, WIs, source document templates, and tools. ➡️ Regulatory: Train site staff to complete, submit and maintain regulatory documents throughout the life span of studies.
