About The North Ward Center

The North Ward Center serves more than 10,500 individuals through a variety of programs that empower community members to learn, live and work productively in Newark, New Jersey. The North Ward Center runs a variety of programs including: The North Ward Center Child Development Center, which provides free preschool to more than 700 children. Casa Israel Adult Medical Day Care Center, which provides the highest quality care, including primary and preventative health care, as well as therapeutic and recreational services to Medicaid clients and other eligible adults.
