No worries though, I’m going to show you a quick trick using a Chrome extension to get your leads or companies from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to excel in just a few clicks.

How to export leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Follow these three simple steps to get your Sales Navigator leads and company searches exported. (This works for lists and saved searches too!)
- Sign up for a free account on Prospeo.

3. Export Sales Navigator Leads and Company
With the Chrome extension installed, head back to your Sales Navigator search or list, hit refresh, and you’ll see a new button – “Export with Prospeo”.

You’ll be taken to your Prospeo dashboard and a menu will pop up. Here, you can name your extraction and select “avoid duplicate leads”. Leave this option checked to avoid getting leads you’ve already extracted before.
Your extraction gets going, and you’ll see an estimate of how long it’s set to take. You can leave this page and come back later.
Once it’s all done, opening it will lead you to the results page. You can check out the email stats and get a sneak peek of the list. Ready to roll? Click on “Download” to grab your list.
Once you click on download, the download menu will open, allowing you to select a few options.
- Export Format: CSV or XLSX – it’s your call!
- Type of Email to Extract: Picking ‘valid only’ means you’ll get a list of leads with just the valid and verified email addresses.
- Data You Want: If there’s any data you don’t need, no problem – just remove it from the final file.
And there you have it! You’re all set with a CSV file filled with your leads, featuring verified emails and 43 other handy data points.
What data can I export from Sales Navigator lists

Extracting emails from LinkedIn Sales Navigator from LinkedIn can be tricky for a few reasons:
- Only about 10% of them are available.
- Many of these emails tend to be personal or outdated, which means you might not get much of a response.
- They aren’t GDPR compliant.

When you’re searching for leads on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, if your results exceed 2500, you won’t be able to access any beyond that number.
This is because LinkedIn displays only the first 100 pages of the search, with 25 leads per page, allowing you to view and extract a maximum of 2500 leads.
For company searches, the limit is 1000 companies since LinkedIn allows access to only the first 40 pages on this type of search.

Daily Sales Navigator export limit
LinkedIn does tolerate automation tools since many salespeople rely on them, but it’s well-known that using these tools goes against LinkedIn’s regulations. Therefore, it’s crucial to avoid excessive use of any automation tools, including Prospeo, to stay on the safe side.
